CloudConnect Puck

The Andel CloudConnect Puck is a compact, battery-powered leak detection device designed for simple deployment and real-time monitoring via the Andel Cloud platform.

It connects to a local Wi-Fi network, is configured via Bluetooth using the Andel Cloud mobile app, and can be installed in almost any indoor location without the need for mains power or external wiring.

How It Works

Each device includes integrated detection probes and a terminal for optional external sensors.

• When water makes contact with the probes or sensor, the device instantly enters an alarm state

• The device connects to the Andel Cloud platform via Wi-Fi to send the alert

• Alerts are immediately sent to relevant users by push notification and/or email

• Devices can be grouped into zones and managed remotely by scheme owners using the portal

Status Indicator

A single LED provides basic device feedback:

• Slow flash - bootup, waiting for connection

• Fast flash - transferring data

• Double flash - ready for setup via mobile app

• Off - normal deep-sleep operation, checking for sensor changes

Configuration Button

Located on the front of the device, the button supports:

• Single press - wake or reboot the device

• Single then double press - erase Wi-Fi settings

• Hold (5 seconds) - full factory reset

Factory reset will clear the Wi-Fi settings and stored configuration. It must be removed from Andel Cloud, then re-commissioned by an installer to resume normal operation.

Optional Add-Ons

CloudConnect supports one external leak sensor, connected via a terminal block on the device:

Only one external sensor can be connected at a time. If used, it acts in parallel with the built-in probes.

Flexi-Pad Sensor

A thin, flexible leak detection sheet ideal for placing:

• Under kitchen appliances

• Beneath baths, showers, or cisterns

• In raised floor voids or tight spaces

Point Sensor

A small-footprint leak sensor for use in precise or confined spaces.

Leak Sensor Tape

A high sensitivity flat fabric leak detection tape for tight spaces and running around the edge of a sensitive area. We recommend a maximum of 3m of tape per device.
