Analytics and Reports
Andel Cloud includes built-in reporting tools that let you review historical device data across your scheme. This helps with diagnostics, compliance reporting, and understanding usage trends.
This page explains how to generate reports, what types are available, and how to work with the results.
Report Types
Andel Cloud has two main report types:
Historical Reports
Used to track trends and performance over time
View aggregated data (e.g. battery level, sensor status) over a specified time range
Useful for compliance, diagnostics, and identifying repeated issues
Outputs can be viewed as a chart or table, and exported as a CSV file

Instant Reports
Used to view the most recently reported values from selected devices
Shows a snapshot of device status at a chosen moment in time
Ideal for system checks or quick overviews

Preset Reports

Set the time range as:
Relative (e.g. “past 7 days” from the time it’s run)

A saved historical preset can be added to your scheme dashboard as a live chart to make sure you always have the latest data available.
