Managing Devices
The Devices section of the Andel Cloud portal gives you a central view of all the smart devices connected to your selected scheme. From here, you can view live status, assign zones, update settings, and perform maintenance actions like renaming or deleting devices.
Device Table Overview

Each row in the device list displays:
Device Name - user-friendly name set during device onboarding (editable)
Device ID - internal unique ID used to track each device
Location - assigned zone or area
Input devices - type of sensor
Output devices - type of output (not currently used)
These can be filtered to quickly find devices by their name or location.

Device Details View
To find more device information, click on the row of the device then click the "View Details" button at the top of the table.

From here you can update the device settings and view all of the device parameters.
At the top of the page are the device live details:
Device Cloud ID - internal unique ID used to track each device
Location - full breadcrumb of the location showing exactly where it is
Tenants - the assigned tenants that can access this device
Input Device - type of sensor
Output Device - type of output (not currently used)
Alarm Groups - number of alarm groups the device is part of
Events - number of live and past (archived) events
Firmware Version - the current version of the software on this device
Hardware Version - the version of the physical hardware
Device Timestamp - the time last reported by the device, usually the time of the last uplink
Updated At - the time any details about the device were last changed, including the last uplink
Created At - the time the device was first added to this scheme
Below this is the Reported State section:
Sensor State - "Off" means no leak detected, "On" means there is a leak
Sensor Resistance - the measured resistance from the leak sensor input
WiFi SSID - the name of the connected WiFi network
WiFi RSSI - the signal strength of the connected WiFi network; above -60dBm is good, between -60dBm and -70dBm is OK, and below -70dBm is poor. It is possible for the device to make a connection with an RSSI as low as -90dBm, but this will be very unreliable.
Battery Charging - whether or not the battery is being charged, only applies to certain devices
Battery Percentage - estimate of remaining battery life, batteries need recharging or replacing below 20%
Changing Device Settings
By clicking the "Edit Attributes" button at the top of the device page, you can edit the following parameters:
Device Name - the friendly name used to identify exactly where the device is within its zone
Device Location - assigned zone within the scheme
