Getting Started with the Mobile App
The Andel Cloud mobile app allows tenants, installers, and owners to manage and monitor their cloud connected devices directly from their phone. It provides quick access to real-time alerts, device information, and set-up tools for provisioning new Andel Cloud devices.
Downloading the App
The Andel Cloud app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
Android: Download from Google Play
Or search for "Andel Cloud".
Logging In
You must have an active user account before logging in - if you haven't received an email invitation, contact your scheme owner.
Open the Andel Cloud app
Enter your email address and password
Tap Log In
The login detail used are the same for both the web portal and the mobile app.
Selecting a Scheme
If your account is linked to multiple schemes, you will be prompted to selet one after logging in.
You can switch schemes at any time from the settings menu, including setting a default scheme so you aren't prompted every time you log in.
App Permissions
The first time the app uses each of the following features, you will be prompted to grant access to certain phone permissions:
Notifications
Enables push alerts for leaks and system events
Bluetooth and Location (approximate)
Used for discovering and connecting to Andel Cloud devices when provisioning
You can still log in and view the status of devices without allowing these permissions.
Navigating the App
If you are logged in as a tenant or owner, the main tabs across the bottom of the screen allow you to access the following key sections from left to right:
Events - View the live and historical archive of events for the devices you have access to
Alarms - See key alarms for devices that need urgent attention
Groups - View and configure action groups for your devices
Devices - Access the list of all devices and details for each device
Estate - Manage the layout and configuration of device zones
