Accessing the Portal

Note: the web portal is intended for users with the Owner account type, Installers and Tenants should use the app - Getting Started with the Mobile App
All users can use the web portal to set or reset their password.
The Andel Cloud web portal provides full access to your schemes, devices, zones, users, and reports - all from any modern web browser. Whether you're monitoring a single property or managing an entire estate, the portal gives you the tools to view, configure, and respond to system events quickly and securely.

Logging In
- Open the web portal
- Enter your username
- Enter your password
- Click Log In

The username field is not case-sensitive, and after logging in for the first time you can use your email address
If you’ve been assigned access to multiple schemes, you’ll be asked to select one after logging in. You can switch between schemes at any time from the user menu.
First-Time Access
If you are a new user, you will receive a welcome email from Andel Cloud. This contains your username, a temporary password, and a link to activate your account and set your password.
- Click the link in your welcome email
Or go to https://andel-cloud.com/completeRegistration - Set a new password that meets the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
- Once complete, you can log in as normal.
Warning
Your welcome link will expire after 7 days - if it has expired, you will need to contact a scheme owner so they can resend the invite.
Forgot your password?
If you forget your password:
- Go to the portal login page
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your verified email address
- A reset code will be sent to your email
- Use the code to set a new password

This will only work after setting your account password for the first time.
Login Lockouts
After 5 failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked.
If you see an "invalid code" message during password reset, check the code carefully or wait 20 minutes before trying again.
Scheme owners and Andel admins can reset a locked account.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
If your account has MFA enabled, after entering your password you will be prompted for a one-time code from the authentication app you used to set up MFA.
